In today’s digital information age, Blockchain is the world's leading software platform for digital assets and to build a radically better financial system. Blockchain technology has been acknowledged as one of the most disruptive innovations since the advent of the Internet. A blockchain is a digitized, decentralized, public ledger of all cryptocurrency transactions. The financial industry has also started looking to leverage it to store and transfer its value to other financial instruments. It represents a critical intersection between the financial world, social networking, and powerful decentralized networks. Stakeholders must formulate careful legal and business strategies that factor in the technology and infrastructure, as well as the corresponding market appetite and regulatory structures in rapidly evolving global markets.
